Today i come with a topic about my unforgetable experience. I really felt like a Gypsy girl that time. I catched ferry early in the morning from Langkawi to Lipe Island, Thailand.
It is a great first impression once i see Lipe Island from the ferry, wow!!! What a stunning place. The ferry didn’t go directly to the beach or the pier. The ferry droped us off at the floated pontoon. A local Chao Lay (sea gypsy who i become one of them in a minute) came to you at the floated pontoon to transfer you and your stuffs to the beach by longtail boat. The ferry can not go too close to the beach because it may destroy the coral reefs that completely surround the island. There is no pier as well.
What to make me have a greatful feeling is an amazing crystal clear water and absolute white sand beach and it is real soft. By its white, i suggest visitors to bring a cool sun glasses as the beach is too white hahaha.
I found cheap guesthouse at Pattaya Beach. Pattaya beach is the main tourist center. It is good for tourists who prefer to live among facilities. Even the facilities are not busy like big island but it can make good fun. I took boat to see around the island and found the place where suited me. It is Karma Beach. The beach is on North-East of the island. I can call this place “My Paradise” as it is quiet and peaceful. I felt like a kid again. It was so happy to me.
It is not only Lipe Island but there are many more attractions around. Koh Adang is another place for me. Bliss, this word is explaination for this Adang Island. I really enjoyed tour by longtail boat and snorkeling around. I visited 4 different islands. One is Koh Hin Ngam where having beautiful black shiny stones. This is so amazing for me.
I really enjoy snorkeling. I saw many fishes such as clownfish, angel fish. The coral was so beautiful and colorful. During the trip, i also met Kristin, new friend from Germany. She was good friend and we have a good chat.
My four days ran so fast. I don’t want my Lipe trip to end this fast. I am not yet ready to leave but my holiday is finished so soon. This place is a recommended one.
